Return Policy

We strive to achieve 100% customer satisfaction by providing top quality products. We realize, however, that sometimes an item is not exactly what you may have expected. If you wish to return an item within 30 days of your purchase, you may do so and receive a credit toward the purchase of another item or a refund of the purchase price. The item must be in its original packaging, unused and undamaged. If not returned in the original packaging there will be levied a 15% restocking fee

If you received an item as a gift, you may return it within 30 days of gift receipt. All returned items must be unused in original condition and original packaging. Shipping charges are not refundable. If you wish to return an item, please send an email to customercare@pondsuppliespro.com. Please provide your name, order number, and the item you wish to return. You will be issued a Return Authorization number (RA) that must be written on the return shipping label. Please insure and track any returned packages.

Credits will be made upon receiving and examining returned items. Unauthorized returns or items returned used, damaged, or not in their original condition and packaging may result in a delayed refund, partial refund, partial credit, or refusal of the returned items.

If the purchased item is defective, shipping costs will be paid for and you can receive a replacement product, or you will receive a credit if you decide not to replace the product. Items may not be returned after 30 days.

If items are delivered damaged, then UPS or FedEx is to be notified immediately and a claim must be made to UPS or FedEx for the damage by the recipient. Remember, the responsibility for making a claim is with the recipient.
